Interns Wanted

NextMedia Myrtle Beach is look for it’s next group of Intern Rock Stars! These valuable team members will not be wasting a summer grabbing coffee or making copies. Our Rock Stars get the back stage, VIP treatment as long as they are ready to work like roadies. As a team member, you will interact with all departments at the station. This program is designed to give students who are serious about learning the industry a leg up on their counterparts.

Imaging Director

NextMedia Radio in Myrtle Beach is seeking an experienced Imaging Director for stations WKZQ-FM, WYAV-FM, WMYB-FM, WRNN-FM & WRNN-AM.

The ideal candidate will design and execute in-house production including but not limited to, voicing, writing, dubbing and archiving of promotional announcements and commercials. Our Imaging Director will assign and direct the production staff, provide creative support to the Sales Department and clients, read and edit material to ensure compliance with all NextMedia policies and FCC regulations and will also be a morning show producer for one morning show.
 
Qualified candidates must have exceptional writing skills. Previous show production experience a huge +. You should thrive on thinking outside of the box and have a passion for creating compelling, entertaining and original pieces that connect with listeners. Candidates MUST work well under pressure, be deadline driven and have excellent voice work and production skills.
