EXPERIENCED SALES PROFESSIONAL WANTED

NextMedia Outdoor, Inc. is looking for an experienced sales professional who has a strong passion for sales and the ability to close.  NextMedia Outdoor, Inc. is the premier out-of-home company in northeast Wisconsin.  We have over 1,000 billboard faces available to serve our customers.  Our market is evolving and opportunities are arising with the addition of new product lines and structures. 

Due to our growth we are looking to add an Outside Sales Executive.  This is a position which requires a high level of activity and self-motivation.  Outstanding candidates will thrive in a face-to-face meeting setting; have the ability to speak in a clear and concise manner and a strong desire to work with area businesses.  Our sales executives consult with small to large size business owners, both existing and new customers, about their marketing and advertising needs.

Requirements:

• A strong work ethic: highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships and communication with others
• Adaptable, resilient, and positive attitude
• Organized, detail oriented and excellent time-management skills
• Strong follow-up skills
• Good communicator-excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to explain a vast array of products and services in a simple and concise manner
• Passionate about closing the sale and to helping area businesses succeed
• Computer literate, internet savvy, and ability to learn new systems
• Valid state driver's license with insurable record
• Two years of outside sales experience is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent is required: a college degree is preferred

All candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.  Must have a dependable vehicle with insurance and a valid state driver's license.

Compensation and benefits:

• Annual base salary plus commissions with uncapped earning Potential!
